Maintained Company information system architecture, making sure it’s safe, secure, up to date, and reliable. As well as improving the reliability and performance of our servers and our overall workflow.
Operations Engineer. Maintained and Operated many of our treatment machines. Ensured proper application of chemicals, treatment processes, and result validation. Designed and installed component as needed, as well as general fleet management.
Alberta Water and Wastewater Operators Association
Worked as a short term contract employee to help design, model, and test semi-portable wastewater treatment systems. For use in mobile in worksites, camps, and residential areas.
Performed detailed studies of various aspects of extreme fine wastewater aeration systems.
Making procurement decisions based on data and test results for all of our assembly and doing detailed flow analysis across all models.
Designed and modeled a portable wastewater solution storage and treatment solution that could be used in commercial campsites as well as designing another system around an existing newly built residential area at a Mount Baldy Ski resort.
New Line Skateparks
Developed an OpenCV/Kinect based program for tracking players as they jump over a prototype obstacle for Newline Skate park.
The software tracked skaters’ height clearance during the trick and displayed the record for the maximum height achieved.
Fortis BC
Helped design a ground up sun tracking solar panel platform. Using Alt/Az coordinate system and actual celestial calculation.
The solar panel mount was able to increase panel efficiency by up to 83% while maintaining low energy usage by the tracking system
